What is PackTag?

PackTag is an app designed to make packing and unpacking easier, faster, and more organized. Using QR code stickers (tags) that you attach to your boxes, you can keep track of the contents of each box with just your smartphone, making your move or storage experience hassle-free.

How do I get started with PackTag?
  1. Tag your Box
    Place a tag (color-coded sticker with a scannable QR code) on the box you’re packing.

     

  2. Scan and Title
    Scan the QR code using the camera on your smartphone,  and input all the relevant details  about your container, including its destination, in the app.

     

  3. Snap and Sort
    Snap pictures of the items you’re packing and add any necessary details. Or, simply snap one picture of all items together and let AI fill in the rest.

     

  4. Seal and Repeat
    Pack the items into the container and seal it. Continue until every item is packed and cataloged, and look forward to unpacking with ease.

     

  5. Scan and Unpack
    Scan the tag on any box to see its contents and which room it belongs in, and find the one you’re ready to unpack. Or search for a specific item on the app, so you know which box to start with.
Can I print my own QR code stickers?

At this time you can only use the special tags which can be purchased here.

What types of boxes can I use with PackTag?

You can use just about any box or container. Anything you can stick the tag on.
